This page explains what NextStep Properties collects when you use this website, what we do with it, and your choices. We keep it short on purpose.

What we collect

When you fill out the form on our website, you give us:

Your first name (required) and last name (optional)
Your email address and phone number (you must give us at least one)
The address of the property you are asking about (optional)
Anything you type in the "Tell us more" box (optional)

We also save the date and time you sent the form.

We use trusted service providers to host the site, protect the contact form from spam, send email, and count site visits. Our hosting provider counts visits without cookies. They only process your information to provide those services to us.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics. Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits, see which pages people view and how they found the site, and count when someone sends the contact form.

We also use Google Ads. Google may use cookies to tell us whether someone who clicked one of our ads later sent the contact form.

The details you type into the form (name, email, phone, address and message) are not sent to Google. Google only learns that a form was sent.

We do not use remarketing, which means ads that follow you on other sites after you visit this one. Google signals is turned off.

How we use it

To call or email you back about your house. This is the only reason we ask for your details.
To email you a short thank-you message right after you send the form, if you gave an email address.
To keep a record of who contacted us and when, so we do not lose track of a request.

We do not use your details to send you a newsletter, and we do not sign you up for anything. We do not send text messages to people who submit the form. If that ever changes, we will only text you after you agree to it, and we will update this page first.

Who sees it

The NextStep Properties team sees your request so we can follow up. The trusted service providers described above host the site, store your request, protect the form from spam, and send the email that notifies our team and sends your thank-you.

Google receives visit and ad-click data as described in the Cookies and analytics section above. Google does not receive your form details.

We do not sell or rent your information. We may share it if the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to respond to you and for normal business records. If you ask us to delete it, we will.

Your choices

You can email team@next-step-properties.com or call (619) 436-4332 to ask what we have about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within a reasonable time.

California residents

If you live in California, you can ask us what personal information we have about you, and you can ask us to delete it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for ads that follow you across other sites. To make a request, use the email or phone number above.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
